What the workshop includes: 

The First Hour:

- Group Coaching 

- Chance to ask any questions you have regarding sexual and body confidence

- The opportunity for 1-2-1 coaching for a few people (Depending on time) 

The second hour is practical:

- Body worship exercise

- Striptease workshop
