Shégitu [SHAY-GEE-TU] is a sensual dance form for women of all sizes and it's perfect for all levels. The idea behind Shégitu is to help women feel beautiful, empowered and sexy while keeping fit!</p>

We will start with a warm-up and some sexy exercises to get you feeling in the mood and comfortable. We will then move on to a short sassy dance routine that you can rock with or without heels!</p>

Recently she has danced in Music Videos for Artists such as Grammy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson, Zayn Malik, Fergie, Stormzy, Emeli Sandé, Olamide, Stefflon Don and many more</p>
